Is it free?
The notebook is free, with no account. Ask and Live come with Plus or Pro.
Do I need an account?
Only for Ask and Live. Sign in with Apple or with an email code.

How do I ask about something on my page?
Box the part you’re unsure of. Type a question in the field below it, or send it empty.
Where do my answers go?
Each answer stays on the note as a panel. Tap the stack beside the tools to see them.
Can an answer be wrong?
Yes, AI can make mistakes. Every Ask uses our most careful model, but check answers against your course.
Live
How do I record a lecture?
Press Record and keep writing. Tap Flag when something goes past you, and save when it’s over.
Does recording need the internet?
Not to record. The transcript is made on your iPad. The write-up is made when you save, and needs a connection.
Where does the audio go?
The audio stays on your iPad, or in your iCloud Drive. When you save, the transcript goes to Oevre’s server, where it’s processed by AI to write the write-up and explain your flags. It isn’t kept there.
Notes and storage
Where are my notes kept?
On your iPad, or in iCloud Drive. Choose in Settings › iCloud and backups.
I deleted a note by mistake.
Open Settings › Recently deleted and put it back.
How do I export a note?
Tap the note’s title, then Export, as a PDF or images.
Can I search my handwriting?
Yes, from the search field on home. Handwriting is read on your iPad.
Account and billing
How do I subscribe?
In Oevre, open Settings › Subscription and pick Plus or Pro. Apple handles the payment.
How do I cancel?
In your iPad’s Settings app: your name, then Subscriptions, then Oevre. Your plan lasts until the period you paid for ends.
My subscription isn’t showing.
Open Settings › Subscription and tap Restore purchases, with the Apple Account you paid with.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings › Account and tap Delete account. Your notes stay on your iPad. Cancel your subscription with Apple too.
